I stamped and embossed the owl using copper embossing powder, and also stamped some flowers from the Punky Flowers stamp set. I coloured these using Distress Markers. I die cut a branch from brown card, and assembled my project, adding some brass cogs, and a spinner. Finally, I added a sentiment from the new stamp set.
I will be back in a few days with another sample, showcasing these quirky steampunk birds. Thanks for stopping by, xx
Thats Such a cute owl Lovely card Hugs Sandra xx
ReplyDeleteThis is a super lesson in colour theory & I especially like the addition of the metal embellishments. The integration of the tissue wrap with the whole design is intriguing & I love the way you highlighted the houses whilst allowing the other print of the tissue wrap to show through adding texture. A very different design altogether.
