That's something that I enjoy particularly with your designs. I can imagine the black embossed solid fuchsias of the background give a lovely shine & texture to the project & the contrasts of pink, black & white is particularly pleasing with the fuchsia flowers. However it is the second design that I particularly love with the way you used the leafy sprig in the background to echo the larger distinct grassy leaves in the focal image, the second generation shadowy leaf stamp in the back is particularly effective. The kraft coloured book paper with the white lace against the brown ribbon are a beautifully effective addition. I can see why you loved your birthday bouquet too - gorgeously wintery ethereal colours.
