Make a shaped card
Hi Folks, it's time for another challenge over at the Crafting with Dragonflies challenge blog. This week the challenge is to make a shaped card. I have chosen to make a shaped easel card, using an image from one of our sponsors MilkCoffe, called 'Swirly Bird'. I have paper pieced the image using patterned papers from my stash. The flowers are also some golden oldies that have been lurking in my embellishment cupboard for ages.
Our sponsors this week are All Dressed Up who are offering a prize of two digis to the Winner
MilkCoffee who are offering a prize of five digis to the Winner
So have a go at entering our challenge and make a shaped card! Thanks for stopping by, xx

Beautiful. Love the paper and flowers. The bird is adorable.
Judith, this is such an elegant card. Love that swirly bird and the flowers are such a splash of colour.
What a clever idea to paper piece. Love your shaped card. So soft and pretty.
This is really beautiful Judith. I love the paper piecing.....very clever. A great shape too for an easel card. Love it!! Hugs Wynn x
I love the shape of the card, looks so elegant, great colours, blessings Hilde
That's some matching of image & papers - the swirly bits of the bird are brilliant with the delicately swirled stripes of the background. I love the way the inking brings the eye inwards & makes a bridge between the paper & the cardstock. Those buttons bring out the circular embossing of the flowers nicely too.
