Japanese Water Garden

I have created a scene using the stamps of the month from Chocolate Baroque. I have stamped the main images, and then masked over them before stamping the flowers to fill in the background. I have used a mixture of both stamp sets to create a feeling of a Japanese water garden, using architectural features as well as plants. I have also used a wall stamp from the Landscap Edges stamp set to create the path along the bottom of the design.

I have coloured the project with Polychromos pencils.

I'll be back in a few days with another project, thanks for stopping by, xx

This is another beautiful card using these stamps Judith! I could just do with an hour or twos relaxation in that gorgeous garden! Beautifully coloured as always my friend.

Super with the path & those lighted lanterns Judith. I love the almost peachy orange of her garments & your shading of her hair. The colouring of those waterlilies is a wonder - especially the play of light & shade on the large leaves & I love the browns of the seed heads. That stone edging works beautifully with the stones she is perched on too.
